- 2 tsp yuzukosho (japanese citrus-chilli paste)
- 1 organic limes
- 1 shallots
- 1 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
- 1 bunch peppermint
- 2 cm ginger
- 1 red chilli peppers
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp mirin (rice wine)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 bunch Thai basil
- salt to taste
- a little pepper
