• 1/2 cup Fuller's Sugarhouse Pure Maple Syrup
• 1 tbsp Chopped fresh thyme
• 2 Sprigs Rosemary
• 1/2 cup Butter, room temperature
• 1 (10-lb) Fresh turkey, giblets and neck removed, cleaned and well-dried with paper towels inside and out
• 1 tsp Salt and freshly ground pepper
• 1 Medium onion
• 1 Head garlic, halved
• 2 Bay leaves
