• 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, any type
• 1/2 tsp paprika powder
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
• 1 tsp garlic powder seasoning
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 large eggs, beaten lightly
• 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 4 small garlic cloves, minced finely
• 1 tbsp flour, all-purpose
• 1 cup light chicken broth (low salt)
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated for flavor
• 1 cup of heavy cream
• Salt and ground black pepper to season
