• 125 g butter
• 4 T honey
• 4 T Maille Wholegrain Mustard
• 4 T Maille Dijon Mustard
• 1 lemon, sliced
• sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 3 Woolworths Norwegian salmon portions
• Potato salad:
• 1 kg baby potatoes, parboiled
• 2 T Maille Honey Mustard
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 T Verjuice
• 4 T extra virgin olive oil
• 2 T fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
