Delcious Oven Roast Beef using our Lagostina Roaster

Ingredients

• 3 lb beef roast
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 3 carrots, cut into large chunks
• 1 garlic bulb, cut in half lengthwise
• 1 cup red wine
• 1 ½ cups beef broth
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
• ○ 2 tablespoons butter (optional, for a richer jus)
