Apple Turnover - Divine Dish

Ingredients

• 1/2 sheet Puff pastry (thawed according to package instructions prior to using)
• 1/4 TBSP Unsalted butter
• 1 Granny Smith apple (peeled cored and diced into small pieces)
• 2 tsp Brown sugar
• 1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon
• pinch Salt
• 1/4 TBSP All-purpose flour (for dusting)
• 1 Egg (beaten)
• 2 TBSP Powdered sugar
• 1/4 TBSP Heavy cream
• 16 oz Milk
