• 2 lbs Schweid & Sons 80/20 ground beef
• 1 whole onion (minced or grated)
• 1 clove garlic (minced or grated)
• 1 handful crumbled Feta cheese
• 1/2 lb kasseri or white cheese of your choice
• 20 whole olives (cut in half at the pit)
• 1 handful parsley (washed)
• 1/2 tbsp sea salt
• 1 whole lemon (juiced)
• 3 glunks olive oil
