Creamy roast garlic and lemon pasta sauce Recipe | Samsung Food App

Ingredients

• Pasta of your choice, I do 150g fresh per person or 100g dried
• 2 whole heads garlic
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 30g butter, cubed
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1 cup cream (I used single but use heavy if you want!)
• 2 - 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• Zest of a lemon
• 50g parmesan, finely grated with a microplane or equivalent
• Extra zest to serve
• Dried paprika flakes to serve
