• 12 Rashers of D’Orsogna Maple Glazed Streaky Bacon
• 6 Medium Potatoes
• 4 Baby Cucumbers, finely sliced
• 1 Red onion, finely sliced
• 1½ cup Parmesan cheese, finely-grated
• 2 cup Baby Roma Tomatoes, halved
• 1 Bunch of parsley leaves, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Potato flour
• ½ Bunch of thyme leaves
• 2 tbsp Honey
• 2 tbsp Honey mustard vinaigrette
• 125 g Ghee, melted
• 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
• Sea salt flakes, to serve
• Freshly ground black pepper, to serve
• Smoky BBQ sauce, to serve
• Yellow mustard, to serve
