Whipped Goat Cheese with Crispy Bacon | D'Orsogna

Ingredients

• 300g D'Orsogna Shortcut Bacon slices
• 340 g Goats cheese, crumbled
• ¼ cup Greek yoghurt
• 12 Medjool dates, pitted & roughly chopped
• 4 tbsp Honey, spilt
• 2 tbsp Olive oil, plus more for drizzling
• 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
• 2 Garlic cloves, sliced
• 2 Shallots, thinly sliced
• 2 Fresh rosemary sprigs
• 1 tbsp Water
• ¼ tsp Kosher salt
