Ingredients

• 65 g pancetta
• 2 chicken breasts
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• pinch of chilli flakes
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 200 g mushrooms
• 400 g can of chopped
• 850 ml chicken stock
• 120 ml dairy free cream
• 2 tsp oregano
• salt and pepper
