Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup butter, cut up
• 2/3 cup whipping cream
• 1 large egg
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 egg white
• 1 teaspoon water
• 2 tablespoons sparkling sugar or more (or whatever sugar you have that's intended to coat pastry (like crystalized sugar) without dissolving)
• *NOTE: These are freezer friendly where they can be cooled once removed from the oven, placed in freezer zip-loc bags. Can be kept in freezer for up to a month.*
