- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
- 1 ½ tsp cumin seeds (roughly ground)
- Squeeze of lemon
- 1 bunch fresh coriander or dill (roughly chopped)
- Caramelised Crispy Onions
- Salt and black pepper
