• 4.50 cups Creamette® Rotelle
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 cup onion, chopped
• 3 garlic clove, minced
• 15 oz tomato sauce
• 1 cup barbecue sauce
• 1 cup canned tomatoes
• 0.50 cup finely chopped parsley
• 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
• 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper, optional
• 1 tsp salt, to taste
