- 200 g sifted spelt or wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1-2 tbsp cocoa (depending on how dark you want the cake)
- 150 g butter
- 200 ml soy or regular cream
- 200 g Sukrin Dark chocolate
- 30 g chopped pistachio nuts to decorate
