Broccoli Salad – Duke's Mayo

Ingredients

• ¼ c. sugar
• ½ c. cherry tomatoes, halved
• 2 tbsp. white vinegar
• 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 c. Duke’s mayonnaise
• ½ c. Craisins/dried cranberries
• ½ c. red onion, finely chopped
• 8 slices of bacon, chopped
• 1 head of broccoli, washed and chopped into bite-sized pieces
• ½ tsp. kosher salt
• ½ tsp. black pepper
