• 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
• 1 Green bell pepper
• 1 Yellow onion
• Green onion
• 2 bags of White or jasmine rice (Ben’s microwave pre cooked)
• Olive oil
• 2 tsp Ground ginger
• Crushed Red Pepper
• 1 tsp Garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp Course black pepper
• 1/3 cup Soy sauce
• 1/3 cup Bourbon
• 1/2 cup Water
• 2 tbsp White Rice Vinegar
• 1/2 cup Brown sugar
• 1 tbsp Cornstarch dissolved in 3 tbsp cold water
