• 5 Heirloom Tomatoes, sliced
• 2 tbsp shallots, minced (or red onion if you are in a pinch)
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• ⅓ cup olive oil
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 3 tbsp fresh basil, julienned
• ½ cup feta cheese
• 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
