Walnut Apple Cake – Our Families Recipes

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 t vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 2 1/2 t cinnamon
• 2 t baking soda
• 1 t Salt
• 1/4 t ground nutmeg
• 4 cups chopped peeled tart apples
• 1 cup Walnuts
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3 T flour
• 1 cup Milk
• 2 T butter (no substitutions)
• 1 t vanilla
• Walnut halves optional
