Mingle's Mexican Shakshuka

Ingredients

• 1 400g can of tomatoes 
• 1 bunch of chopped coriander 
• 1 chopped red onion 
• 6 eggs 
• 1 loaf of crusty bread 
• 1 sliced avocado
• 1 chopped chili de-veined 
• 2 garlic cloves minced
• 2 diced tomatoes  
• 1 lime 
• 1/2 block of feta
• 2 tbsp Spicy Mexican Seasoning
