• 110 g rolls of shaved Sbrinz cheese
• ½ tin anchovy fillets
• 1 garlic cloves
• 6 baby lettuce
• 2 tsp hot mustard
• 2 chicken breasts
• 8 slice bacon
• 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
