Ingredients

• 2 tsp olive oil
• 1 small onion, diced
• 2 stalks celery, diced
• 1 C carrots, diced
• 2 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tsp dry thyme
• 1/4 tsp dry tarragon
• 8 C vegetable broth
• 1 28 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
• 16 oz unseasoned tomato sauce
• 1 C alphabet pasta
• 1 16 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
• 1 tsp agave syrup
