Ingredients

• 1 small yellow onion, chopped
• 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 lb little potatoes, chopped
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
• 1 cup frozen corn kernels
• 2 (3 oz) cans diced green chiles
• 1 chipotle pepper, seeded and diced
• 2 (14 oz) cans white beans, drained and rinsed
• 1/2 lime, juiced
• 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
