- ¾ cup (175 mL) ground hazelnuts
- ½ cup (125 mL) granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) all purpose flour
- ⅓ cup (75 mL) egg whites, 2-3 large eggs
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
