• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 2 garlic cloves , crushed
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• ½ lemon , zested and juiced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 8 lamb chops
• 1 tbsp rose harissa
• 1 tbsp honey
