Ingredients

• ***Coconut dipping sauce
• 1 cup coconut yoghurt
• 1-2 limes zested and juice
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp freshly chopped mint
• ***Pineapple and mango skewers
• 1 tsp kashmiri chili powder
• ⅔ cup white sugar
• ¼ cup chilli powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1-2 pineapples, peeled and cut into cubes or wedges
• To serve,
• Toasted coconut flakes, optional
