Winter Vegetable Salad with Grilling Cheese – Rizo Brothers California Creamery

Ingredients

• Rizo Bros Grilling Cheese (1 package)
• ½ head red cabbage
• 1 head of Butter Lettuce or Greens of Your Choice
• 4 cloves of Garlic (crushed)
• ½ Red Onion
• 1 Winter Squash (we used Acorn Squash)
• 1 Sweet Potato
• 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
• 1 tsp Honey
• ¾ cup Olive Oil
• 1 ½ tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
• Fresh Mint
• Salt and Pepper (to taste)
