• 350g Adelaide Hills Fine Foods Fritz, quartered and sliced 5mm thick
• 2 large brown onions, peeled and chopped
• 2 large carrots, peeled and diced
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 tablespoon Keens curry powder
• 2 cups chicken stock
• ¼ cup fruit chutney
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 3 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
• 1 tbsp cornflour + 1 tbsp water
• 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
• 1 ½ cups rice
