• 3 Tortillas, taco-sized corn or flour, sliced into thin strips
• 1 can Beans, cannellini or butter (14 oz / 397 g), drained and rinsed
• 1 Tbsp Oil, cooking
• 1 1/2 cups Corn, frozen or canned
• 3 cups Stock, any type
• 1/3 cup Green salsa / Salsa verde (mild, medium or hot; depending on your spice preference)
• 1 can Cream of chicken soup (10 oz / 283 g) (optional)
• 3 Tbsp Cornmeal
• 1 Limes, wedges
• 1 Avocados, chopped
• 2 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
• 2 oz Cheese, shredded Mexican blend
