Tortilla Chicken recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 kg fillets cubed small Cook with:
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 3 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice
• 1 teaspoon crushed chillies
• 1 small finely diced onion
• Add in 2 tablespoon of:
• Tomato sauce mustard sauce bbq sauce chilli sauce steers creamy peri peri sauce.
• 2½ cups flour
• 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• Sprinkle cheese and chopped peppers and parsley
