• 1 Granny Smith apple, grated or julienned
• 1 Cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
• 1 Carrot, grated or julienned
• 4 Spring onions, thinly sliced
• ¼ Cup toasted walnuts
• ½ Bunch dill
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 Tablespoons olive oil
• ½ Cup thick Greek yoghurt
