Meatballs with Tomato Sauce and Potato Chips - Oleve

Ingredients

• ½ kg minced beef
• 1 egg
• 2 pieces of toasted bread
• ¼ water glass ouzo
• Parsley Chopped
• About 8 leaves of fresh mint chopped
• 1 big onion grounded
• 2 garlic cloves grounded
• Sea Salt and Pepper
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Flour for battering
• 2 potatoes cut in thin chips
• For the sauce: 1 small jar of tomato sauce with orange
• 1 tsp, tablespoon of unsalted casius grounded in big thick pieces
• 1 ½ tsp. sweet’s tablespoons sugar for confectionary
• 1 tsp. sweet’s tablespoon of ginger grounded
• 1 tsp. sweet’s tablespoon of soya sauce
• 1 tsp sweet’s tablespoon mustard
• 1 tsp sweet’s tablespoon white vinegar
• Sea Salt
