Prosciutto-Wrapped Seasoned Pork | New Idea

Ingredients

• 1 and a 1/2 cups Stuffing Mix Seasoned (We used Tandaco Stuffing Mix Seasoned. Try using wholegrain or Dijon mustard in the gravy).
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
• 75g butter, softened
• 2 tblsps finely chopped fresh sage, plus fried leaves to garnish
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 2 x 400g pork fillets
• 12 slices prosciutto
• Roast potatoes and carrots and gravy, to serve
