Favorite Meatloaf - Kari's Recipes

Ingredients

• 1 Tablespoon olive oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 4 dashes of Tabasco
• 2 pounds ground beef (or 1 pound beef/1 pound ground pork is best)
• 1 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
