Crispy Fried Chicken Burger - TOUT'S

Ingredients

• 2 x Chicken Breasts
• 1 x Lemon
• 100g x Plain Flour
• 1 tsp x Ground Cumin
• 1 tsp x Dried Thyme
• 1 tsp x Ground Ginger
• ½ tsp x Chili Flakes
• 1 tsp x Smoked Paprika
• 1 tsp x Dried Oregano
• 1 tsp x Table Salt
• ½ tsp x Ground Black Pepper
• 2 x Egg Whites
• 4 x Burger Buns/Rolls. I used Ciabatta
• 4 slices x Cheddar Cheese
• Salad to put in Roll
• 4 x Crunchy Salad Leaves
• Slices of Cucumber
• Slices of Tomato
• 20g Mayonnaise mixed with 5g Sriracha
