Pizza Medley

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups warm water
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 tbsp butter melted
• 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
• 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 3 mild green peppers
• 1 large yellow onion
• 6 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter - salted
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 5 pieces bacon cooked cooled and crumbled
• 8 oz swiss cheese (with holes) wedge
• 8 oz mozarella ball (up to 12 oz)
• 1 large fresh tomato
• 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
• 1 small jar black olive paste or tapenade
