- 2 tablespoons butter, or butter substitute
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh thyme (or 1 tablespoon dried thyme)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
