Strawberry Cookies - Cooking Restored
These strawberry cookies have me thinking of spring! Using freeze-dried strawberries to give these cookies a pop of flavor and color.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
