Ingredients

• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2000 g stewing steak, cut into chunks
• 2 red onion, finely chopped
• 4 red pepper, cut into 4cm chunks
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 tbsp cornflour
• 2 tsp caraway seeds
• 2 tsp paprika
• 4 tsp sweet paprika, plus extra to serve
• 4 tbsp tomato purée
• 4 beef tomatoes, cut into small chunks
• 800 g can chopped tomatoes
• 1 beef stock cube, 500ml
• 300 ml soured cream
• 1 small bunch flatleaf parsley, chopped
• 500 g maris piper potatoes, chopped into cubes
