- 1 Cup (150g) Plain flour
- ½ tsp Table salt
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp Baking soda
- 150g Salted butter, melted
- 1 Cup (220g) Soft brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 250g Whittaker’s 33% Cocoa Creamy Milk chocolate, roughly chopped
- Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling (optional)
