• 3 T Martinelli’s Apple Cider or Apple Juice
• 10 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cut into thick slices
• 1 T Orange Zest
• 1 C Dark Brown Sugar
• ⅓ C All-Purpose Flour
• ¼ tsp Salt
• STREUSEL
• 1⅔ C All-Purpose Flour
• 1⅓ C Rolled Oats (not instant oatmeal)
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 C Unsalted Butter, room temperature
