Everybody loves tacos! This is the recipe for the mince filling which is full of flavour yet still family friendly. Perfect for Taco Tuesday!
Ingredients
- 500g of 5% fat minced beef
- 1 large onion
- 400ml of beef stock
- 2 tbsp of tomato puree
- 2 tsp of chilli powder
- 2 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper
