Taco Skillet Mince | My Version recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• ½ kg steak mince washed
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 red or yellow pepper chopped
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 1 teaspoon red chilli paste
• 1 tablespoon taco spice ( by cape herb and spice )
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 ½ teaspoon dhana powder
• ½ teaspoon jeera powder
• ½ teaspoon haldi
• 2 green chillies chopped
• Crushed red chillies ( depending on how spicy you eat )
• 3 tomatoes puréed in machine
• 1 big sachet tomato paste
• Grated cheese
