Ingredients

• 3 cups (750 ml) whole milk ricotta
• 3 1/2 cups (875 ml) shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese, divided
• 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) grated Parmesan cheese, divided
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup (250 ml) finely chopped fresh parsley, loosely packed
• 2 1/2 tsps (12 ml) kosher salt, divided
• 2 tbsps (30 ml) olive oil
• 1 medium yellow onion, diced
• 1 pound (500 g) ground beef
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsps (30 ml) savoury
• 6 cups (1.5 liters) marinara sauce, divided
• No stick cooking spray, for greasing
• 1/2 pound (250 g) lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions
