Ingredients

• 1 kg of steak (I used shin pieces)
• 1 teaspoon steak and chops spice
• 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer
• ½ teaspoon white pepper
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic flakes
• 1 teaspoon red masala
• 4 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon mustard sauce
• 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoon chilli sauce
• 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
• 1 tablespoon nandos bushveld sauce(optional)
• 1 small butternut chopped into chunks
• 3 small get squash, quartered
• 1 large potato, cut into 8 pieces
• 2 large carrots peeled and cut into thick rings
• ¼ cup corn
• Add salt, white pepper and black pepper to veg.
• Add 45g of butter and 3 tablespoon of brown sugar and cook until a sauce forms, 5-10 minutes.
