Caity Baser's Cream Cheese Penne

Ingredients

• 1 pack of penne pasta
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 garlic cloves, sliced
• handful of sage, finely chopped
• 3 apple and pork sausages, casing removed
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 280g cream cheese
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 pack smoked streaky bacon
• 2 tbsp honey
