Ingredients
- ***DULCE DE LECHE
- 1 x 385g tin condensed milk
- pinch sea salt
- ***ALFAJORES
- 220g salted butter, softened and cut into small pieces
- 3 tbsp castor sugar
- zest of 1 lime
- 2 tsp bourbon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 220g cornflour
- 130g cake flour
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- desiccated coconut, toasted until golden brown, to serve
