• 1 tablespoon Sutter Home white wine
• 1 1/2 teaspoons molasses
• 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1 teaspoon salt

• 6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
