Ingredients

• 4 cups (1 quart/1 L) distilled water
• 2 cups (500 ml) fresh blueberries crushed
• 1 cup (250 ml) ground cherries papery skins removed, crushed (optional)
• 1 cup (250 ml) thinly sliced fennel about 1 bulb
• 3/4 cup (175 ml) cider vinegar
• 2 tbsps (30 ml) honey
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) fennel seed
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) sea salt grinder
