Mint Lamb Chops - Slow Cooker/Crockpot | Recipe Binder
Heat slow cooker on high but turn to low when lamb goes in. Toss the chops or shanks in seasoned flour and brown in a pan (I used butter and Olive oil) then place in slow cooker.
Ingredients
- 6- 8 Lamb chops or Lamb shanks
- 1 cup mint sauce or mint jelly
- 1/4 -1/2 cup water - use 1/4 cup water if using mint sauce or 1/2 cup water if using the mint jelly
- seasoned flour (Salt & Black Pepper)
